We strive to resolve divorce and custody matters without court involvement, but in some cases, because of the very nature of the divorce grounds and disagreements regarding custody and property, court hearings and trials are necessary. Mediation is also an option if both parties are amenable.
When children are involved, it is important to ensure as much stability for them as possible. Counseling for the parents and children is encouraged.
